• Any order placed using your account will be deemed as authorized by you.

• You agree not to misuse the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

4. Orders & Payments

• All prices listed are provided by the respective restaurants and are subject to change.

• Payments can be made through available digital payment methods on the app.

• Ztoza reserves the right to cancel an order in case of restaurant unavailability, technical errors, or non-payment.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation time.

• Ztoza shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Ztoza is not responsible for the quality, safety, or preparation of food.

• Our liability is limited to facilitating communication and payment between customers and restaurants.

7. Termination

• Ztoza reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
